Made in a sumptuous Regency style, this light combines architectural rigor and decorative richness. The central baluster-shaped shaft is adorned with delicate Bérain motifs, gadroons and twisted fluting, and ends with an elegant pine cone as a cushion. The six light arms, in inverted consoles, are magnificently sculpted with foliage and supported by impressive bearded satyr masks, characteristic elements of the Regency decorative vocabulary. The mercury gilding, of remarkable quality, gives it a warm light and a precious shine. The electrics have been completely redone, guaranteeing perfect operation.
