Rare ebullioscope with hydraulic closing from the Bénévolo house from the end of the 19th century. Copper / chrome-plated brass. The ebullioscope is composed of 4 elements: a boiler, a graduated horizontal thermometer, 1 refrigerant and an alcohol lamp. The instrument is presented in a white stained wooden transport case in which is housed the disassembled model H ebullioscope, a spare wick, a manual with the table of alcoholic richness.
