Monumental Park Fountain In Stone
Rare and monumental 18th century Provencal fountain. The mask of Neptune spewing water is reminiscent of the fountain in the town hall of Aix-en-Provence by Jean Pancrace. Chastel 1726-1793. The water flows into a gaudron basin on a console foot decorated with an acanthus leaf. The whole is in an arched niche.
