This beautiful Hermès silk twill scarf with hand-rolled edges takes us to the Cairo Museum. Around the funerary mask of Tutankhamun, whose mummy was discovered in 1922 by Howard Carter and Lord Carvanon, stands out "Anubis", God of Death with a dog's head, and the representation of the young God Tutankhamun walking. At the top, the pectoral found on the mummy and depicting "Nekhabit", vulture goddess, patron saint of the city of Nekheb (now El-Kalb), protector of Upper Egypt. On a background of iced caramel, gold and blue, published in 1976 and 1994, the signature of the illustrator Vladimir Ribaltchenko "Rybalt.", favorite designer of the House of Hermès, is found on the right in the border.
