- Miniature painted on ivory of oval shape under slightly domed glass representing the King of Rome as a child wearing the insignia of the Legion of Honor.- Oval hanging frame in gilded brass and black horn decorated with two figures holding a five-pointed star in their hand on the top of the frame, a scallop shell on the bottom of the frame and arabesque.- Only son of Emperor Napoleon I and Empress Marie-Louise of Austria, second wife of Emperor Napoleon I, he was born on March 20, 1811 at the Tuileries Palace in Paris and died on July 22, 1832 of tuberculosis in Vienna, Austria.- After the first abdication of Emperor Napoleon I, Empress Marie-Louise took refuge with her son with her father Emperor Francis I in Vienna, Austria, where the child will live from now on.- Period end of the 19th century around 1880-1900.
