Louis XVI Style Lyre Chair
Louis XVI style chair with lyre back stamped R CHARTIER. Late 19th / early 20th century. It rests on four spindle legs, fluted and rudenté. The connecting dice are carved with flowers. The crosspieces are recessed. The seat is horseshoe-shaped. The back is lyre-shaped framed by two leafy scrolls. The entire structure is pegged. Work in the style of G. JACOB. The upholstery and the installation of the silk have just been redone by our upholsterer. Dimensions: L 41 x D 43 x H 94
