With contrasting marks.
Silver spice rack of the same color, with a truncated cone-shaped body, a sinuous lower rim resting on feet decorated with scrolls and plant motifs, a semi-spherical bowl without divisions, and a lid with a domed hinge decorated with plant elements in high relief. The lid is decorated with a rose surrounded by a line of dots creating waves. The hallmarks place the production of the piece in Córdoba, verified by Damián de Castro and by the hand of Juan Sánchez Soto (probably Cristóbal's son and brother), in the second half of the 18th century. From a typological point of view, this is a spice rack belonging to a somewhat particular tradition or model, common to Córdoba and Madrid, but also present in Girona, Antequera, etc.
