Apothecary's Bronze Tripod Crucible - 18th century. Bronze tripod crucible. The handle has been reconditioned, it is not original. Trace of casting on the bottom: End of casting umbilicus. It is decorated with a shell under the handle and a peripheral molding. The cupped legs are in the shape of a "clover". It is marked with the name of the manufacturer: FI GIRAD. In used condition.
