Framed Watercolor By Emile Noirot
We present this beautiful framed watercolor by Emile NOIROT, a Roanne painter born on June 6, 1853 in Roanne and died on June 5, 1924 near Saint Gemain des Fossés in Allier (03). Our watercolor dates from 1904, it is noted on the back, but we can clearly recognize his touch, still on the fringe of impressionism after a more fleeting period. He was also the painter of the navy. (E25)
