Openwork base with acanthus leaf scrolls, receptacle for the quill chiseled with diamond-shaped grids.
The two inkwells open onto brass cups.
On the pediment, openwork ornamentation with the face of a bearded man.
Napoleon III period circa 1860-1870.
Good general condition, some traces of gray worms.
