The smooth and regular movement of the border, with twelve hollow lobes forming gadroons, gives the whole a floral and sculptural look. The decoration, entirely obtained by shaping and hammering, underlines the quality of mastered goldsmith work. The piece rests on a large circular stepped shower foot, ensuring balance and stability. It bears the 925 title hallmark accompanied by the goldsmith's mark of the famous house Bruckmann & Söhne, active in Heilbronn (Germany), one of the most important German goldsmith workshops of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This bowl is in perfect condition, without shock or deformation, with a regular mirror polish.
