"Pair Of Napoleon III Gilt Bronze Candelabra, 19th Century"
Remarkable pair of chased and gilded bronze candelabras, each depicting a putto carrying a cornucopia from which emerges a rich bouquet of varied flowers (roses, lilies, sunflowers, tulips and carnations), six of which have a candle holder. Each putto rests on a small fluted column decorated with vine branches tied by two knots. The base, with eight sides, four of which are concave, is decorated with acanthus leaves.
A serial number (2007) is affixed to the foot of each putto.
Good condition.
