"Brittany, Yvonne Jean-haffen, The Sailors"
Very beautiful linocut by Yvonne Jean Haffen representing sailors with their oars, passing in front of a chapel. This woodcut is signed lower right, it is numbered 5/15 proofs. It is the chapel of Vieux Bourg in the commune of Fréhel, former parish church of Pléhérel plage. This rare unique print of 15 proofs, was produced under the supervision of the artist, by the engraver Robert Blanchet, successor and student of Jacques Beltrand in Boulogne, in 1985.
