"Pair Of 19th Century Bronze Candlesticks, The Three Graces"
Very beautiful pair of bronze candlesticks, formerly silver-plated, representing the 3 Graces, Euphrosyme, Thalia and Aglaé, perhaps after the group by Victor Paillard appearing on the funerary monument of Henri III (1519/1559) King of France.
Apart from the silver plating which has practically disappeared, they are in very good condition.
They measure 23.2 cm high by 10 cm in diameter for the base.
