This is a work by a fine arts student, circa 1940, ink wash on thick paper, which depicts with lovely dexterity the paved courtyard of the school and the surrounding neighborhood. Signed Chadavez, unfortunately I have not found any information on this artist.
It's seems to be student architect work.
The drawing has spirit, that's what matters. Framed at the time with a bit of rusticity, the whole thing seems to come from the studio.
