"Antique Romantic Dagger – High Quality Silver Plated Brass Handle With Mythological Motifs"
This massive, high-quality dagger, likely of French Romantic-era origin, features a silver-plated brass hilt adorned with intricate mythological details. The guard depicts a woman holding a dagger, her hair and feet entwined by snakes, symbolizing danger and seduction. The nickel-plated steel blade adopts a drop-point shape with three fullers on each side for better balance. Despite slight surface corrosion, the blade has never been sharpened, retaining its original sharpness.
The dagger comes with its original black leather scabbard, embellished with finely crafted metal mounts. The bouterolle (lower ferrule) appears to have additional or unfinished decorative elements, adding to its unique character.

- Blade length: 19.5 cm (measured from the leather guard)
