Ferdinand Barbedienne (1810-1892) was a French sculptor and founder. From 1839, he began reproducing in bronze sculpted works exhibited in European museums. He uses his multiple casting process to serve contemporary sculptors and also produces numerous furniture bronzes.
Slight chip in the marble base of one of the two vases.
