Gallé truncated cone vase with a narrowed flat bottom and a slightly flared neck, made of multi-layered glass. The decoration is acid-etched on an opaque white background, representing purple umbels accompanied by green foliage. Gallé signature in the decoration, 1907-1914, shown on page 198 of the catalog L'Oeuvre du Verre by Emile Gallé, by François Le tacon, 20th century edition, Messene.
