"Large Margeride Pitcher In Blown Glass With Brown-green Tinted Threads From The 18th Century"
Large, pot-bellied pitcher in dark brown-green tinted blown glass, enriched with very fine applied threads under the spout, the hollow handle applied hot and nicely curved at the attachment point. Numerous air bubbles, cane mark visible under the base. Dimensions: height 30.5cm. This pitcher from the end of the 18th century can be attributed to the royal factory of La Margeride (Cantal). A similar example is kept at the Crozatier Museum in Puy-en-Velay. Object in perfect condition.
