Elegant armchair Transition Louis XV - Louis XVI
Piedmontese from the second half of the eighteenth century. Made of carved wood and finely gilded with gold leaf. The imposing and solid structure is characterized by a refined work of ornamental sculptures with neoclassical motifs, with floral details, volutes and turned columns that enrich the armrests and legs.
The seat, the backrest and the armrests are covered with a fine ivory damask fabric with delicate floral motifs in pastel shades, with a predominance of pink and sage green. The lower edge of the seat is finished with decorative trimmings, adding a further touch of value.
