"Portrait Of A Young Prince As Apollo, 18th Century"
Very beautiful portrait representing a young prince as Apollo. We see Pegasus, an olive tree, the Mount of Olives as well as the lyre which are his attributes. (It could be a young Louis XV). This oil on canvas in good condition is served by a very beautiful frame in carved and gilded Provençal wood. The whole dating from the first third of the 18th century. Old restoration
