Friendship Souvenir Case

A truncated cone-shaped friendship souvenir case, covered in green shagreen, with an engraved and openwork silver mount. Adorned with two glass medallions: on one side, a miniature representing a bust of a woman; on the other, a man.
The interior contains a three-leaf ivory tablet accompanied by its mechanical pencil.
