Beautiful Massimo Popper plate, 1911/1914, 20th centuryPompant “Marguerite” plate in polychrome ceramic, with a wide rim, a short frill and a wide base. The rim is decorated with metopes and triglyphs with geometric, floral and overlapping motifs. The base features a beautiful daisy in profile on an ochre background in the center. On the reverse, a ring support with a white monochrome background intaglio. In the center, the trademark “Manifattura Ceramica Faentina” by Massimo Popper is engraved in underglaze blue. Condition: Good condition, chipped in the upper right margin. 43 x 4.8 cm
