"The American expatriate Loïe Fuller (1862–1928) won the hearts of Parisians dancing at the Folies Bergères cabaret in 1892 and became the muse of many Art Nouveau artists, including Raoul-François Larche (1860–1912). The French sculptor captured Loïe Fuller's fascination with dance in this magnificent bronze table lamp."
