Lovely rectangular box with cut sides in amboyna burl and rosewood marquetry. Its slightly domed lid is decorated all around with brass rods. It still has its lock and its magnificent little key that works. It opens onto a beautiful interior covered in a fine pink moiré silk highlighted with trimmings.
