while tenderly turning her gaze to the young Saint John. The composition, entirely played on the foreground, is resolved in a pyramidal layout in which the color emphasizes the spaces and, in the beautiful shades
of blue, flesh pink and brown combined in very pleasant chromatic accords, contributes
to giving the sacred scene a further sense of delicate sweetness.
In the work we can see elements that take inspiration from sixteenth-century models.
The work is in perfect state of conservation. Non-period frame.
