"18th Century Walnut Angel's Head"

Head of a cherub in walnut decorated with a garland of flowers. The head from the beginning of the 18th century is fixed on a painted faux marble panel, of beautiful dimensions (66 cm X 36 cm) executed in the 19th century. The sculpture is treated in half-round boss (or high relief) this demonstrates great dexterity of the sculptor.
