RARE pair of dinner plates made by the Manufacture de SEVRES.
In polychrome porcelain, decorated with the portraits of Mademoiselle de Montpensier and Madame de Montesson.
Sky blue background enhanced with gold and rim decorated with a golden frieze. Bears on the reverse the red mark of the Tuileries Palace as well as the blue mark of Sèvres with the initials of King Louis-Philippe.
Both are dated 1846 and marked S46. Diameters: 24 cm.
IN VERY GOOD USED CONDITION, without cracks, chips or restoration: as in the photos. Shipping for France: €20 by registered Colissimo, with insurance and tracking.
