Minton Porcelain Dessert Service 19th Century

Magnificent Minton porcelain dessert service 19th White porcelain with Japanese decorations and scalloped edges and borders in shades of blue / purple. All the pieces are of the same model decoration a1551. This service includes 24 pieces namely: - 20 dessert plates Ø 20.5 - 2 square dessert dishes 25.5 cm x 23 cm - 2 mounted round dishes Ø 24 cm height 6.4 cm Very good condition for this service dating from the second half of the 19th. No chips or cracks to report, tiny traces of wear on the decoration. Signed on the reverse Minton in hollow, all the pieces bear the decoration number a1551. Some have the English Porcelain Minton stamp and others only Bordier Geneva. Bordier in Geneva was a luxury boutique in the 19th century, the equivalent of our Parisian "Escalier de Cristal". It is particularly rare to find these antique dessert services so complete and in this condition.
