Imposing Candlestick 71 Cm Mercury-gilded And Patinated Bronze
Imposing and sumptuous pair of Louis-Philippe
period candlesticks circa 1840. Made up of a long fluted shaft in white
marble, elegant mixture of patinated bronze and mercury-gilt bronze
with very finely chiseled gold. Tripod base decorated with angels,
imposing finely worked candlestick with six lights, each candle holder
is equipped with wax protection, decorated at the top with a flame as a
snuffer.
