"Miniature Wedgwood Blue Mythological Scene On Faux Sienna Yellow Marble Background - Amboyna Burl"
Beautiful mythological subject on a blue and white porcelain plaque in the Wedgwood style. It is placed on a background painted in faux marble in the manner of Sienna yellow and is set in a miniature frame in amboyna burl (solid not veneered), with a gilded brass bezel. The porcelain plaque is English, from the 20th century, the frame from the 19th century. It is a very elegant reassembly composed of old elements. Beautiful and very refined object, ideal to complete an 18th century / 19th century decoration with one of those small details that create an authentic atmosphere. NB: another miniature in the same taste available to make a set. Frame: 10.5cm x 9.3cm
