Crapelet, orientalist painter and student of Corot, known for his landscapes of Egypt and the Middle East. Here he presents us with a beautiful genre scene of the Normandy coast. Signed and located Etretat but it is likely that it is Yport. 14.5 x 9.5 cm. Unframed.
