Louis XV Rochelaise chest of drawers in solid mahogany (swietenia Mahogoni).
It is topped with a panel top framed by four crosspieces.
It is fixed to the frame by four false tenons pegged to the front and rear crosspieces. Its slightly curved front opens with three long drawers whose drawers are sometimes in mahogany, sometimes in light exotic wood (white mahogany).
It has its three locks and its original key. The pull and entry handles have been changed.
The refaced front uprights end like the rear uprights with "shell feet" connected to each other by scalloped crosspieces.
The sides are flat panels mounted between uprights and crosspieces.
The whole filled-waxed restored by us is in perfect condition.
