Art Deco painting from the 1925 period depicting a young girl by Max Birrer. A very beautiful piece by this young artist of Swiss origin who arrived in Collioure in 1926. See in the last photos a painting representing Collioure dated 1926 and from the same provenance. A very talented artist and ahead of his time, he died very young 1905-1937. Frame dimensions 58.5 x 46 cm. Signature lower left.
