Used condition
It opens with two grilled leaves on the front to display the books while protecting them. Inlaid patterns and rosewood veneer are added rosewood fillets with brass inlays. The style of this bookcase with grilled shutters could be close to that of the bookcases with the FG stamp, (François Guillemard, one of the suppliers of the furniture storage of the crown) which was used by two generations of Parisian craftsmen, working under the reign of Louis XIV, under the Regency and under Louis XV.
