Bronze attributed to Isidore Jules Bonheur (1827-1901) representing a jockey on horseback, model known as "Jockey on horseback", circa 1880. The sculpture represents a rider at a standstill holding his horse, head inclined towards the ground, typical of Bonheur's animal realism. Old cast with a uniform brown patina. The work does not have an apparent signature due to the absence of the original terrace. The current stone base is later.
