Coffee table with a square top in white glass slab set in a belt in lacquered wrought iron with a malachite patina. It rests on 4 scrolled legs enclosing a second square glass top in the lower part. Beautiful manufacturing quality for this very original living room table with its malachite lacquer frame. Circa 1950 Maison Ramsay, specializing in 20th century furniture and decoration, reached its peak in the 50s and 70s. Its style is inspired by neoclassicism, combining gilded wrought iron, glass and colored lacquers, more rarely in the work of marble and stone.
