"Still Life, Early 18th Century"
Still life with fruit and flowers. This is an Italian school from the early 18th century. The mounting of the frame is italian and we find this type of fruit bowl on italian still lifes from the 17th century. Later marouflage of the oil on canvas. Very pretty unusual frame in gilded wood and carved with vine shoots, also in very good condition.
