Antoine Constant Pellenc, portrait painter in Paris in the 19th century. French school. Exhibited portraits at the Salon from 1833 to 1850. Dimensions: 34.5 x 47.5 cm (including frame) and 22.5 x 36.5 cm. Period frame. Detailed work on the face that recalls the work of a miniature, work done by some painters and designers who wanted to get closer to reality before the invention and diffusion of photography. The perspectives of the bench and the park are perfect, the landscape in the background of our work is also very successful, it is treated with a vaporous and more spontaneous technique.
