Roger Capron Vallauris Ceramic Pot "Flour Pot" Roger Capron (1922-2006) was born in the Paris region. In 1946, he settled in Vallauris and created a ceramics workshop. He collaborated with Robert Picault and then Jean Derval. In 1952, he moved into more industrial production and, with 7 workers, produced objects (vases, tableware, tables) for gift shops. In the 1950s, he worked alongside Pablo Picasso, who supported his work.
