Artillery Commander's Mle 1931 Cap.

Model 1931 artillery commander's kepi. The kepi's model was modified in the 1930s by adding bandalium for the structure and the carcass of the headband (before being replaced by plastic after the war in the 1950s). This kepi, without a manufacturer, is beautifully made, rather well preserved here. Turban on which are sewn the yellow 4-thread braid of commander and cap with triple Hungarian knots. The visor is made of leather, the visor reed, very thick, also. The grenade is made of gold-colored cannetille, as it should be. The two buttons holding the false chinstrap are in the artillery motif. Not so common kepi from the 1930s/1940s.
