In the style of Auguste-Maximilien Delafontaine. Very beautiful pair of gilt and silver bronze candlesticks on a sea green marble base. The bases are certainly later than the candlestick period. Total height: 67 cm Width of the base: 23 cm from one corner to the other. The silvering may need cleaning. A heron has been glued back onto the turtle, very little visible. The set is sold as is.
