Mahogany and mahogany veneer bedroom set from the Consulate period, return from Egypt (circa: 1795) comprising:
- A mahogany and mahogany veneer chest of drawers with columns veneered with gilded bronze Egyptian heads. It opens with 3 drawers in the belt resting on lion's paw feet painted in imitation of antique bronze, double-barrel locks, top in gray Granite des Flandres marble.
- A straight mahogany and mahogany veneer secretary with flat columns veneered with gilded bronze Egyptian heads. It opens on the front with a drawer, a flap revealing lockers and small drawers including a secret drawer. The lower part opens with 2 leaves, resting on lion's paw feet painted in imitation of antique bronze, clover locks, top in Granite des Flandres marble.
