Silver plated metal cup Maison Christofle design by Luc Lanel artistic director at Christofle until 1942 made for the first classes of the Normandie liner with a beautiful art deco line of round shape the domed foot topped with 4 spheres connected by a disc there are 2 different finishes for this cup one hammered with 2 circles at the bottom the other smooth mirror effect like the one presented here hallmarks on the reverse that of master goldsmith on the scales the guarantee hallmark on the chess piece as well as the bar with the name in full beautiful quality of silvering 40 gr in good condition small scratches and wear points especially on the reverse shiny condition of the metal no desilvering old piece all questions welcome
