Very beautiful bronze ashtray cup by Max Le Verrier bearing the image of the seal of the water merchants in Paris. Marked in relief with the legend: Silligum mercatorum aquae Parisius. Max le verrier used the ancient symbolism of navigation on the Seine to represent Paris, the capital of France. Here, cup in very good condition with a diameter of 16.5 cm. With a lovely old patina.
