Richly carved walnut cassone resting on four claw feet. Decorated on the front with rosettes alternating with flower vases, mascarons, architectural elements surrounded by birds. It opens on the front with two drawers and a door revealing three drawers carved with large scrolls. The interior drop-down top carved with the same decorations. Italian work from the end of the 16th century.
