Very large old bronze edition (78 CM high) of the "Faun of Pompeii" after the ancient sculpture found on the famous site around 1830 in the House since called "of the Faun". Beautiful quality of cast iron and patina in brown color with green reflections "of excavation". Perfect original condition. Italian work of the Grand tour to be compared by its quality of execution to the productions of the famous House of Foundries "Chiurazzi" established in Naples and active at the end of the 19th century.
