Beautiful oil on panel signed with the monogram "JJC", dated 1867, representing a landscape of Franche-Comté, probably a view of the sources of the Loue (Doubs) in the 19th century. It is very close to the style of Gustave Courbet. Canvas glued to the back of the panel, probably to reinforce it. Good condition, beautiful old frame. Dimensions: 31.5 x 39.5 cm
