Very beautiful model of silver and vermeil sugar tongs, c. 1890-1900.
Both simple and sophisticated, this Art Nouveau style sugar tongs has a very refined two-material appearance. Indeed, the inside of the tongs is in vermeil as well as the upper part of it, on the outside.
Length: 13 cm; weight: 41.6 grs. Minerva hallmark 1st title. Goldsmith's mark S.H.
