Rare large basket for the collection of medicinal herbs, Dayak, Boenéo, Indonesia early 20th century. The basket is in excellent condition and is decorated with the same pattern on three sides and a different pattern on the transport side. The transport rope is still intact. The cane and bamboo have been colored with natural pigments. A beautiful ethnographic object. Height: 24 cm. Diameter: 24 cm.
